How we price work
You get a flat price for the repair before we start. Not a range, not a starting-at number that grows once the truck is in the driveway. If the diagnosis changes what the job needs, we stop and re-quote before continuing.
Repair first
A door that needs one spring gets one spring. A door that needs a $40 roller gets a roller. We will tell you honestly when a door has reached the end, and when it has not.
Stocked trucks
Torsion and extension springs in common sizes, lift cables, drums, bearings, rollers, hinges, weather seal and the opener parts that fail most often all ride with the technician. That is the whole reason same-day repair is normal for us.
Winter matters here
New Hampshire weather is hard on doors. Road salt corrodes cables and bottom sections, cold thickens grease and stiffens rollers, and metal fatigue that was invisible in summer shows up on the first hard freeze. A lot of our winter work is preventable with a tune-up in the fall.
